Held on February 15th afternoon, Xu Guofei， general manager assistant of the China Electronics(CEC), CEC panda party secretary, chairman of the board of directors attended the meeting on the party construction and made comments to all the participating party secretaries; all CEC Panda leading body members attended.
 

 

During the meeting, Mr. Xu Guofei addressed all the participants and made affirmations over their work and put forward the future work requirements based on the reports and appraisal, emphasizing, that as the Party secretary----the first responsible person, to improve the ideological understanding, to know well the importance of project appraisal, talent team construction, cultural integration innovation, the party building target responsibility system, to get Party politics leading role into full play, and provide a strong organization guarantee to full-year target task.
 

The participating report persons are the boss from each professional company involving 12 party secretaries on the scene, and the rest companies reporting on activities in the form of a written report. Prior to the meeting, CEC Panda Party-Mass Work Department distributed the related reporting on activities to the participants.
 

The 12 the reporting secretaries on the scene to begin, drawing by lot for the order. Reporting respects involves the performance of the party building work responsibility, the style of honest construction and anti-corruption, the party construction from grass-roots and to strengthen and improve work etc., each "secretary" self measured "secretary" responsibility. They stated their performance, task, method and measures on the basis of data and examples within a limited time not more than 15 minutes in finding problems, complementing each other and for personal improving.

 

During the meeting, participants also made evaluations over each report from the 12 party secretaries. 

CEC Panda Party-Mass Work Department, Discipline Inspection Supervision, the HR Department, Administration of Justice, the party secretaries and deputy secretaries of the professional companies, discipline inspection commission secretaries attended the meeting.
